Filing a complaint

We strive to ensure that all products are of the best quality and we guarantee that they are consistent with the description. However, sometimes mistakes can not be avoided :-)

If our product proves to be inconsistent with the description or will be damaged, please file a complaint.

In order to file a complaint, please follow the steps below:

Return / complaint form
Fill out the return / complaint form and attach it to the package. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the product number and reason for the complaint, the date of purchase and the occurrence of the defect.

2. Setting the product
When submitting a complaint, please send the product back with all its accessories, tags, packaging and a copy of the receipt / invoice.

3. Shipping
The advertised product should be sent to the following address:

Differences resulting from individual settings of the Customer's monitor (color, proportions, etc.) can not be the basis for a complaint of the purchased goods. We make every effort to present the products and their color in the pictures as close as possible to the real one, however, depending on the individual settings of the displayed image, the quality of the computer matrix, saturation, etc., the color may differ from the actual.

In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to return the goods purchased online. The product may be returned only if the product has not been used and has original tags. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, complete the necessary statement and send it to our address along with the returned product / products:

The package with the statement and returned product / products also include all accessories received with it / them, the original packaging and the receipt or invoice. When purchasing the invoice, the condition for refunding is sending back the goods, and then signing and sending back the correcting invoice. You do not have to give the reason for the return - every time you change your mind :-). However, the product you return can not bear traces of use - we ask you to make responsible shopping.
